We want your Playlumio Happy Writing Gift Kit to arrive complete, gift-ready, and ready for a short positive writing routine.

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or with a quality issue, email us at support@playlumiolearn.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review and help.

For confirmed missing parts, quality issues, or shipping damage, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. In many cases, you will not need to return damaged or incomplete items unless we specifically ask for them.

If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item should be unused, in its original condition, and include the kit components. We will provide return instructions if the order is eligible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
